The USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service today issued a solicitation for fresh produce packages under the Emergency Food Assistance Program also known as TEFAP.
The bids are due by May 7 at 1 p.m. Central time and must be submitted through the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM).
USDA says acceptances will be announced by midnight, Friday, May 18. Deliveries are to be made from June 1 to September 30, 2021.
