Fall brings some of the most anticipated flavors of the year, but how can we bring that excitement from the coffee shop to the produce department?

Amanda Keefer from Produce for Kids and I discuss family-friendly pumpkin recipes, merchandising and my biggest suggestion for retailers:

Promote edible pumpkins!

Most of the “fancy” pumpkins we’ve seen gain popularity area also good eats, a great point to make with cost-conscious consumers worried about dropping $12 a piece for fall décor. They can be cooked in an Instant Pot, too, by the way!
