Every year there are a few changes, but every year I can recall, Wegmans, Publix, and Nugget make the Best Places to Work For list. What puts them ahead of the rest?

Produce for Kids is celebrating 19 years working with Publix and its produce suppliers to implement the cause-marketing campaign which has raised more than $3.4 million for local families in need.

The annual list uses “people analytics” from Great Places to Work, including a survey of more than 500,000 employees on topics like trustworthiness, employee physical, emotional, and financial health, and a company’s broader community impact.

This recall is the result of notification of a recall for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination from Pero Family Farms Company, LLC, the supplier of the butternut squash ingredient.
