In observance of Earth Month, New Seasons Market is launching “Building Better Soil for a Healthier Future,” an effort in which the neighborhood grocer and select vendor partners are collaborating to contribute to the vitality of the planet.

Holdings. The agreement, which has been approved by New Seasons Market’s Board of Directors, is expected to close in January 2020. New Seasons Market and New Leaf Community Markets will continue to operate independently as certified B Corporations, with a commitment to the companies’ mission and values.
