Unlike some of my colleagues, I’m not at the annual meeting of the Canadian Produce Marketing Association in Montreal, but I did have a long phone chat with Michael DuPuis, quality assurance and public relations manager for Nogales, AZ-based Divine Flavor, who was at his company’s booth there.

As the winter days come to an end in the Northern hemisphere, peak production of grapes will start ramping up in volume from Peru, Chile, and South Africa for importer Divine Flavor.
