Church Brothers Farms is launching three-minute microwavable Ready Sides – adding to its existing line of retail fresh-cut vegetables.

The new products, created for retail customers, include Tuscan Baby Romaine; washed and ready to use bunched cilantro and parsley; and a 1-pound clamshell salad line with seven different items available in conventional and organic versions.

Russo comes to Church Brothers/True Leaf Farms with senior sales and product development roles at several produce companies including Mann Packing, Tanimura & Antle and New Star Foods.
