Buyk, the real-time retail grocery delivery service that launched in New York City and Chicago in 2021, is soliciting offers to acquire its intellectual property, technology and physical assets.

Buyk launched in the U.S. last year and is a spinoff of an app based in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and is backed by a Russian national bank, which has been sanctioned by the U.S. and the United Kingdom.  

Grubhub, a leading U.S. food-ordering and delivery marketplace, and Buyk, the newest real-time grocery delivery service, announced today a partnership to bring ultrafast grocery delivery to the Grubhub marketplace through Buyk and Grubhub branded concepts.

Buyk, the real-time grocery service delivering in 15 minutes or less, has rolled out its new range of high-quality, affordable private label products – a first for the ultrafast grocery industry in the U.S.

Buyk uses its proprietary technological stack, combined with a network of strategically located dark stores, to deliver groceries and other essentials to customers’ doorsteps within 15 minutes.
