USDA has filed an administrative complaint against Berry People LLC for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).

On October 25, 2023, in the United States District Court for the Norther District of California, under case number 23-cv-03487, a Consent Injunction and Agreed Order Establishing PACA Claims Procedure was granted against Berry People, LLC, Hollister, CA.
