October 17, 2024 Washington D.C. – International Fresh Produce Association BB #:378962 has announced the incoming Class 29 of their prestigious Produce Industry Leadership Program.
Sponsored by Corteva Agriscience, the only ongoing leadership program for the produce and floral industries was launched in 1995 and has graduated more than 330 program participants.
Now in its 29th year, the program provides a year-long leadership journey for participants to develop career-long connections and deepen their understanding of the industry and how to lead and influence through connections, advocacy, and communications.
Through a series of customized trips, participants will get immersed in face-to-face meetings and hands on training with top industry experts and educators all while attending several of IFPA’s signature and industry events.
“Class 29 features a diverse group of emerging leaders who are poised to make a significant impact,” said Nikki Wootten, Education & Program Manager, Talent, IFPA. “The upcoming year promises a dynamic leadership experience that will empower these professionals to shape the future of our industry.”
