We are thrilled to announce the addition of Chris Brown to our Grapeman Farms BB #:274451 family as the East Coast VP of Sales.
With Chris at the helm, we’re opening a new permanent year-round east coast sales office, a significant step forward that will enhance our ability to serve our valued customers in the region, as well as national retailers with both east and west coast divisions.
At Grapeman Farms, we recognize the strategic importance of catering to national retailers with divisions spread across the country. Chris’s extensive experience, having previously served as the VP of Retail Sales at Sierra Produce, where he focused on grape sales from Peru and Chile, makes him the perfect fit to lead our East Coast operations.
Chris is equally excited to being able to sell on year-round basis offering his customers not only supply from South America but Mexico and California as well.
One of the most exciting aspects of this expansion is our commitment to providing a consistent supply of high-quality grapes year-round from various regions, including California, Peru, Chile, and Mexico. Chris’s enthusiasm for this initiative is infectious, and we’re confident that his leadership will help us better serve our customers’ diverse needs.
We’re incredibly proud of our achievements as the largest volume west coast importer for Chilean grapes during the 2023 import season, and we’re confident that Chris’s expertise will take us even further. This strategic move will open up new market share opportunities that were previously beyond our reach.
But that’s not all. As we look ahead to the 2023/2024 import season, we’re thrilled to announce another exciting development: we will be expanding our import program to include Chilean Stone fruit, such as Cherries, Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, and Plums.
This addition is a natural complement to our successful grape import program, and we’re fortunate to have experienced personnel in our Santiago, Chile office who will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including quality control, logistics, and production forecasting.
