Annual onion harvest has begun once again for Eagle Eye Produce growers in the sunny, fertile Snake River Valley of Idaho and Eastern Oregon and will continue into late September.

Harvest in Washington is also underway for Eagle Eye Produce’s yellow, red, and white onion crops.
