PRESS RELEASE The Molina Family of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, is very excited to announce the merger of their two U.S. sales and distribution companies.
Visalia Produce of Kingsburg, CA, and Fresh Farms of Rio Rico, AZ, will become one sales and distribution company called Fresh Farms.
Both offices will remain the same with the same staffing. This move is being made to take full advantage of both sales staff’s strengths and abilities. By merging the offices into one company there will be more sales fire power for both offices and a wider distribution of our products as both sales staffs will share inventories.
Molina Group, the parent company, has grown to become one of the largest farming families in Mexico and have expanded their farming into California.
This consolidation places our products and other products i.e.: Mexican and California table grapes, soft squash, hard squash, bell peppers, cucumbers (English and American), eggplant, watermelon, hot peppers, corn, pickles, round beans, along with citrus in season and specialties such as persimmons and quince, that we market for our farming families in a much better position to distribute it throughout North America and beyond. Most of our products are also available from organic farms.
The official date is anticipated to be in late March 2019.
